नमस्कार,
मैं, Ajit Kumar, Freebirds Classes में आपका स्वागत करता हूँ।
Freebirds Classes हमने उन students को ध्यान में रखकर बनाया है जो intelligent हैं, तेज़ हैं, ambitious भी हैं, लेकिन उनका result उनके potential के मुताबिक नहीं आता। Results अक्सर average ही रह जाता है।
स्कूल के दिनों में मैंने अपना school top किया था। आगे की पढ़ाई में कुछ सफलताएँ मिलीं, कुछ असफलताएँ भी मिलीं। मैंने 5 साल America में अपने PhD के दौरान college में Mathematics पढ़ाया है और पिछले कई वर्षों से लगातार Mathematics पढ़ा रहा हूँ।
इतने सालों के पढ़ने और पढ़ाने में मैंने अनुभव किया है कि मोटा-मोटी सभी बच्चों का दिमाग लगभग समान ही होता है। तो फिर average और topper students में फर्क कहाँ होता है?
फर्क होता है emotional intelligence में — जिसे हम self-discipline भी कहते हैं। Exam stress में कौन student कितनी जल्दी खुद को adapt कर लेता है, यही उसका performance तय करता है।
दूसरा बड़ा अंतर है Time-management का।
सभी के पास 24 घंटे होते हैं। अगर सभी बच्चे दिन में 6 घंटे पढ़ते हैं —
Topper: वही topics पढ़ेगा जो exam में काम आएगा
Average student: आसान topics पढ़कर समय निकाल देगा
जब दिमाग भी same, time भी same — और competitive exams में seats limited — तो इन छोटी-छोटी बातों से ही बड़ा फर्क पड़ता है।
दिक्कत ये है कि Time-management और emotional-management कोई सिखाता ही नहीं। Students को छोड़ दिया जाता है — "जाओ, खुद समझो"। लेकिन अधिकतर बच्चे समझ नहीं पाते और अपना result खराब कर बैठते हैं।
Freebirds Classes इसी gap को भरने के लिए एक experimental venture है। हम soft skills + academics का rare combination से पढ़ाएंगे । High-school students emotional phase में होते हैं — इसलिए हमारा पढ़ाने का तरीका ऐसा रखा है कि वे emotionally connect कर सकें।
इंसान कितना भी logical क्यों न हो, decisions हम अक्सर emotional ही लेते हैं। इसलिए हमारा focus सिर्फ पढ़ाने पर नहीं, बल्कि सही mindset और discipline बनाने पर भी है।
काफी research के बाद हमने पढ़ने और पढ़ाने का एक structure तैयार किया है, जिससे कठिन से कठिन subjects भी आसान लगने लगते हैं, और बड़ा syllabus भी हमेशा याद रहता है।
